Adisadel College qualifies for 2017 NSMQ grand finals

The Adisadel College in Cape Coast has qualified for the grand finale of the 2017 National Science and Maths quiz (NSMQ).

They beat Ghana National College and University Practice Senior High School, all in Cape Coast to emerge winner in the first semi-final contest on Monday morning.

Adisadel College won with 36 points while Ghana National and University Practice bagged 35 and 27 points respectively.



The Mfantsipim School from Central Region, Prempeh College from Ashanti Region and Mawuli Senior High School from Volta Region will battle in the second semi-final whilst PRESEC (Legon), Kumasi High School from Ashanti, and St Thomas Aquinas from Greater Accra will face off in the third semi-final.

The grand finale is slated for Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the University of Ghana Business School.
